Start-up Village
The Start-up Village at the CIRED 2025 exhibition is the opportunity for new, small organisations to take part in the exhibition at a preferential rate.
When you join the start-up village, you will have the chance to showcase your business’ products, services and innovations to the 1,600 conference attendees and 3,000 exhibition visitors from 60+ countries who attend CIRED.
Your start-up package:
- 1m x 1m exhibition space with counter and power
- 1 exhibition staff
- Access to the Welcome Forum and Networking Drinks Reception on 16 June 2025

Speaking slots available
Why not enhance your attendance by taking an exclusive speaking slot in our exhibition theatre? Slots are 20 mins including Q&A – a great opportunity to showcase your product or innovation to a wider audience all at the same time.

To be eligible to join the start-up village, you should:
- Have an independent legal body
- Have been trading for no more than 5 years
- Employ no more than 50 people
- Be aimed at creating, improving and expanding a scalable, innovative, technology-enabled product in the field of CIRED activities
- Have never been a CIRED exhibitor before*
* A start-up that has already reserved a booth for the CIRED 2025 exhibition can take part but cannot cancel its booth. All participants in the Start-up Village must comply with the terms and conditions of the exhibition.
All start-ups will be in with the chance of winning an award at the conference!
